My new addiction!
Every Saturday morning at 9.00 am - a free 5K run/jog/walk - take your dog, child in buggy, anything goes!
And they're spreading all over the UK and other countries - there's around 200 in the UK.
We have 4 in Sheffield and there's one in Rother Valley Country Park (which is classed as Rotherham but is the nearest to me)
