My sister and I went on two overland trips with the same company, firstly from Istanbul to Cairo, and then from Cairo to Capetown.

You know, that's a very fair comment. I spent most of my time in Africa, so I think of it as my African trip, but more correctly it was a trip to the Middle East and Africa; I have amended the name of the gallery. Thanks for looking.

By the way, if anyone is interested in a trip to southern ethiopia for 17-18 days, leaving Addis Abeba on Sept 3-4, please contact me, I am looking for people to share the cost of guide and car. Trip will focus on photography, visiting tribal areas, market days, villages etc.

I'm really enjoying looking at your photos, especially those from Egypt and Ethiopia. You certainly take better pictures than me, so it's nice to have something to aspire to.

you have a gifted eye for photography, keep up the outstanding work! I'm very excited that you've put this website together. As I am still travelling, I've been unable to share many of the experiences and images I've collected through the Middle East and Africa, and your images bring back identical experiences that I can share with my friends and family!
