Blissful Guesthouse is the kind of place where you turn up expecting to stay a night or two, and end up staying a week. The owner, Angela, and her staff have created a welcoming space that makes you feel right at home. They can arrange trips to nearby Bokor or the other attractions in the area, and Blissful is a great base for enjoying the sleepy riverside town of Kampot - quite possibly the friendliest little town you're ever likely to find, expect to feel like royalty with the amount of happy "hellos" and warm waves you'll get from the children.
