With a $1.2 million grant from the Azby Fund and with lots of volunteer workers, the Botanical Garden in City Park was able to dig out all the shrubs and gardens that were destroyed by the salt water that sat in the garden for several weeks.
The Botanical Garden is open to the public with no fee for the remainder of the year. The Conservatory and Garden Study Building in background have also been restored.
