The Port was closed for two weeks after Hurricane Katrina and the first ship, carrying coffee beans to our coffee plants in New Orleans, was allowed in yesterday. These are awaiting clearance or space. The Port really broke its neck to open that quickly, so many warehouses were damaged or burned. You know, this Hurricane Katrina would make a good book, sort of like our civil war in the 1800's. I have been wanting to write a book all of my life; maybe this is my chance.
