Like the trees are reaching out to hold each other's hands to protect those above. Wonderful work here, Coleen!

So beautiful with the trees intertwined over their final resting place.

What a gentle embrace. Very protective.

A beautiful image with the stately oak trees providing a protective canopy over those that gave their lives to ensure the freedom of their offspring. I concur with the sentiments expressed by Sagecreek.

This image is repeated through out or great country. Countless lives have been lost so we, the living, can enjoy the freedoms for which our founding fathers intended.
As a combat veteran I know, and appreciate, the sacrifices our men and women take each and everyday of their military lives.
Get out and vote, another means of combating the evil that has invaded our country....

If those stones could talk....the oaks seem to be gathering them in...like protectors

Were the trees planted then too Coleen? A lot of lives lost, very sad to see.
