An evening in The Hague. The streets are slippery, the flags of the 12 provinces dance hesitatingly on the soft winter wind. Lights and diffused colours reach out onto the matt ice surface of the Hofvijver. The street is quiet. Only the tram shrieks when it rounds the corner and stops to pick us up.
