Rusted tight, took a couple of days of soaking in PB Blaster and a small torch to eventually loosen up this locknut.

Thanksgiving week I dug 3 feet down thru clay and rocks to loosen soil

Now, loosen the upper triple clamp bolts. A 12mm socket and ratchet is used here on the left triple clamp.

Remove carb.
