Aliusvetus, thank you. Did I miss my "Rule of Thirds"? ... and on the DOF, if it was any fuzzier, you would not be able to read all the interesting labels in my "man cave." Everything of importance is there: A good quality smoker for fish, a BBQ, a good selection of fan belts, a garden fountain for ambiance, a bucket of hammers, .... I am replete! Pacifico is my favorite Mexican Pilsner, with a slice of lime :-) And Merrique is one of my favorite models. This is her 4th summer to visit San Diego as my guest. The more she comes here, the better. LOL, life is sweet, eh? I can't think of anything to improve the situation.
Well, I really don't know what to say ... Apart the fact that we have here a photo that shows the great brilliance of its author. You must be brave enough to challenge all the basic rules of photography (framing, depth of field, and obviously, "the composition" as it's commonly designed... and learnt in the boring photography courses). Rules are made to be broken (and although I do not want to, I'm following the usual clichés...). You, sir, are one of the most interesting out of the box photographers I have seen in recent times. As to her, she's simply fabulous. Congratulations to you both.
