I have no idea what attracted police attention on this street near the Waipahu City Mill. I do know there were at least 5 cops there. This picture makes me think two things: 1. I wish I had been brave enough enough jump out of my car, snap a pic, and dive back in the car. I wasn't going anywhere anyway at the moment because see that white car with the open trunk on the left? It was blocking my lane. 2. I REALLY need to keep my car windows clean.
