A couple of "fake blind" people walking along Punchbowl Street near the state buildings, using the typical um, poles. (I'm sure there's an official term for those things, but I don't know it.) I'm pretty sure they're "fake" blind because it looked like the guy had blinders on. The woman, I'm not sure. I have no clue what exactly they were doing.
