Dinner in the Sky had a demo set up at the trade show. They make and sell the table which is hauled up in the sky by a crane where you can eat dinner. It seats 22 guests around the outside of the table, and holds 1 chef in the middle, 2 servers, and 2 safety techs.
It's a really cool concept. They've sold them in Belgium, France, Germany, and other places in Europe. I would love to find someone who actually does it here in the States. That'd be an awesome dinner party.
