Nope Jason, those are actually radio/microwave towers - they may have cell phone antennae attached, but those warning lights are placed at 50 ft intervals, and towers that are nothing but cell towers rarely get above 150 feet. Pilots refer to those as plane-killers, or my personal favorite, Needles Of Death. Great shot!
