Being a rail photographer, I am really impressed by your show. Not just 3/4 views of engines, but scenes that give one the "feel" of the land the CSX travels through. Good Job

Hi Brian, I was just looking through some of my photos from August of last year, and I found one of a CSX 5274 passing through a small crossroads - Carson, Virginia [below Petersburg, VA]. Actually I was ready to take a photo of a Victorian Country home that was magnificent, and then I noticed the CSX train coming down the track. I stayed at the same spot for another 10 to 20 seconds and took this photo at the last possible second. Give me an e-mail address, and I will forward the file.

As usual,Brian Wiggins NEVER disappoints. He can get a diva dog to walk a "runway" on cue without a command

An excellent array of photos in your area. Some of those shots are incredible - would love to see some of that action in person. I can hear those trains being put through their paces. Again - some beautiful images.

Your pictures are awesome! My brother is an engineer for Norfolk Southern. I'm going to send him this page to see if any of these are his train. Thanks!

Hello. I am a conductor on the NS Southwest district. I must say you have some very nice photos. Sadly none of them had me as a crewmember. But continue taking those pictures and maybe Ill be able to see my train in one.

I sent you a private message requesting information about the AMAX Coal dragline location in one of your pictures. I hope that you still check this page on occasion. I had worked for AMAX. Now, this is a phantom company.
