Welcome to my "Forsyth Park" Gallery! This 20-acre park located on Bull Street between Gaston and Park Avenue was laid out by the city in 1851 and named after Georgia Governor John Forsyth.
I just returned from a wonderful weekend in Savannah. Thank you for your beautiful pictures!

Thank you so very much for sharing your exquisite photo gallery with us! Each photo captures the very essence of Savannah and what it is all about.(I must admit, the Forsyth Park pictures are my absolute favorite!) I grew up in the Savannah area, and viewing these this morning while sitting in Florida I almost feel as if I'm there soaking up all the beautiful sights, sounds and yes, even the "unique" fragrances of Savannah that we all have had the privilege of "enjoying" who hail from, or have visited there! You have made me want to pack up a few things and drive back there today to enjoy the rest of the weekend!
Thanks again for sharing these today!
