Well, A new month and a new way of doing my Photo a Day. From now on I will still be posting a shot from the same day, when I can, but some shots will now also be coming from previous days.
This is for two reasons. I have been neglecting other aspects of my life recently, going out to try and get a PaD shot each day, and need to get back to some of them. This means that some days I will not have time to look for photo opportunities. The other reason is that I am currently bringing my 35mm gear out of retirement. Some of my PaD photography will now be shot the old-fashioned way, on film, with the obvious forced delay between shooting and posting.
Priority for posting will always be given to shots taken that day, followed by recent 35mm work, but now there will be some previously unposted work used as well.
This particular shot was taken after a classic car show at Tatton Park, so was never used in my PaD as I posted a car shot that day, I am glad it gets an airing at last. These houses are positioned just across the road from the airport perimeter fence, in direct line with the runway. This plane is on final approach and about 150 yards from the runway. It's only a medium sized jet, I had wanted to do this shot of a 747 but none came by while I was there. Maybe next time I'll have better luck.
Comments are welcome, as always, I appreciate all feedback. Thanks.
