Autumn in New England

Ventured out last minute on a trip with some other pbasers, on my first forray to Maine and New Hampshire. Maine has a truly impressive, rugged costline, sprinkled with beautiful lighthouses and charming homes. Could spend a great deal of time photographing this state. Most of our time in New Hampshire was spent in the White Mountains. Not a great year for autumn, but I think we found a bit of color along the way. Hope you enjoy the trip too.

Beautiful gallery Sandi! Perfect light, composition and technically flawless execution. Something to aspire to... BTW, a beautiful part of the US I don't know very well. Seems more like Europe than anything else (perhaps the visible lack of billboards, fast food restaurants and shopping malls make this place unusual for the US). *BIG* vote.

This is a terrific gallery! I love Maine, as we use to go up to the souther coast every summer for a week or two when I was a kid. Nice job with all the colors and great compositions.
