The sun has just come up, and the snow geese are a little late for lift off. I'm glad, because at last I have a bit more
light to help me capture them as they fly out. I'm stationed on the Flight Deck and hear the decibel level of their chatter
increase to an almost deafening roar, which indicates they're about to take off. They begin to lift off... and an estimated
37,000 snow geese fly out right over my head. Every morning I'm astonished by the experience of this amazing spectacle.
