Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park, Utah

Moab, Utah is surrounded by the most fabulous parks and sites. Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point are two of these. This is upper canyonlands, as there is a very different and more inaccessible lower part of Canyonlands, closer to the Arizona border. Welcome to Canyonlands!

I went there with a 4x4, very amazing. Roads build in the rocks. Very nice country. V

Thanks Eric for your comments. You made me think and I do seem to I prefer more saturated colors in my pics. But some were a bit too dark, so I brightened them up a bit. Great to get feedback. So helpful. Thanks... Sandi

Hi Sandi, lovely gallery, Are they all purposely under-exposed are is this something you've done in the treatment, post processing of the images ? Quite dramatic !

No true need to visit Grand Canyon, IMO the charm of Canyonlands & Arches is unbeatable, and you just proved it so wonderfully ! V
