I have never really found much use for most of those "Filters" in Photoshop, but when you are bored... Here's a rendition of M13 using the Stylize=> Wind filter. Also boosted the colour saturation. Sure gives a nice sparkle! Makes a convincing case that the hotter, bluer stars are towards the core, while the cooler, yellower stars are at the outer reaches. I'll have to find an occasion to use it as a greetings card. For now let's just use it as my "Hello!" to you.
