Sadr region in Cygnus

Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, Canada

Taken while on holiday in Nova Scotia, on a rare, clear night :-) Some slight light pollution from the Lunenburg harbor lights, skyfog around Mag 20/sq arc-sec. The 2" Baader Ha filter used infront of the lens effectively stopped the lens down to f4.5. The other filter, the LPS, was a Hutech Front Filter pop-in that goes inside the camera, thus enabling the use of f2.8. Calibrated with darks and flats. This region has much more nebulosity than is typically depicted in planetarium software, and can probably be better framed with a shorter lens, say, 100mm or even the 50mm used in the next slide.
