A hot and spicy favorite. Nam prik is a spicy chilly paste that Thais like
to eat with rice, and raw vegetables. It is made from shrimp paste, hot chilli,
lime, and some folks like to add garlic. It tastes great with some fried fish
on the side.
While it tastes great, this thing really stinks up your breath! I'm fond of
saying...Damn, how can you kiss someone after eating this? :-)
Note: What do you think of the image quality? Not bad for a 2 megapixel
camera from 1998, I think! Also, note the date on the exif. This
was actually taken about five years ago!
