This was a big Washington State DNR Salvage Sale I bought that contained alot of scattered old-growth Yello-Fir and Yellow-Cedar
windfall suitable for making chips. Douglas County Forest Products agreed to buy all of it, so we went for it in here for a full year.
Loading machine was a big Link-Belt LS5800TL (I got er' cheap!), and skidder was a Clark 668 run by John Germoe of Chehalis, Wa.
The big Link-Belt was a good machine and I even occasionally loaded with it at Vail Sorting Yard when I needed another shovel there.
Also- I formed a new/seperate company- 'Eloccire Timber Inc' -just for buying these DNR sales--Eloccire is Eric Cole spelled backward.
