These photo's are from our recent trip to Alaska Sept. 12 - 19, 2004. We took an alaskan cruise on the Princess Sapphire, what an awesome experience.


We stopped in Ketchikan, Juneau, and Skagway. In Ketchikan we took a tour of the rain forest and we werent disappointed as it rained VERY hard. They measure they're rain in feet per year not inches, they said they get 13 feet of rain a year. Next we ported in Juneau, there we took a tour of the salmon hatcheries and visited the Mendenhall Glacier. Next we stopped in Skagway, what an awesome place that is. There we rode the White Pass and Yukon Railroad. Very nice scenic ride through the mountains. Our last port was suppose to be in Victoria to go whale watching but was canceled due to the fact that we lost an engine on the ship and had to make time to get back to Seattle.


What a wonderful experience, i cant wait to do it again. Vote for my gallery and thanks for viewing.

Excellent documentary of your Alaska trip.
I recognize alot of the similar places and even the same picture.

Thanks Chris. Thats just a little piece of it too, were planning 2 more trips to see other stuff. I wish i had better light on these photo's, the weather wasnt the greatest.

Alaska is on the list of places I've always wanted to see. You've done a terrific job at capturing all the things that make me want to go. Excellent galleries.

Really awesome shots, looks like you had a great time there. I have some friends up in Alaska, but I really don't get to travel much. I was lucky to get away this past year, made it to Arizona to visit friends and family, got a long weekend at Put In Bay, Ohio and a little bit longer weekend at Alexander Bay, Thousand Islands.

Again, wonderful photos!
