This shot is part of a series that I took when I was rushing to one of the Kyoto temples. I wanted to get there before the end of the afternoon, the light on that day was so amazing. Waiting for a red light, I noticed the many interesting shadows of the passersby, and ended up spending a good 15 minutes there. This was rush hour (for walkers), so there was not a lot of space to work with on the river bridge.
