Pete ... just one shot. I duplicated the background using screen as the blend mode, made a black mask, and then selected her with white brushing.

the exif says no flash . . .did you blend a couple of pictures? Was there a different light source? Nice PS-ing . . . and no matter how you came up with it, the composition is a nice complement to her smile
