It is Memorial Day Weekend; time to walk out the door and have a “blue highways” drive along the highways and byways of the Northwest. I love motor trips by myself where I can just do whatever I please. This is habit I have nourished ever since I bought my first car, a blue 1957 Chevy back in my Army days.
