March 21: OP Friday - Eager Students
My Photography 230 class spent the morning at the Museum of Photographic Arts in Balboa Park the other day. The class visit gave us an opportunity to examine the work of John Szarkowski and others using five characteristics inherent to photography ” that Szarkowski presented in his book, “The Photographer's Eye.”
Our Prof Bob Barrt (second from right) then asked us to write a paper on the exhibition.
This little montage didn’t quite come out like I imagined, however these folks have been great front-row seatmates and have been fun to get to know and have been very helpful.
