Monochrome May with Lots of Color

Why this shot? Why now? Why not ? I just happened to be wearing my NQ tee shirt and was wondering what to do for an SP today.

Here I'm standing in front of the aerial shot of the protest I took last March from a helicopter.

I've been rading Scott Kelby's "The Photoshop Channels Book" which is an excellent tutorial for using channels to easily extract parts of an image etc. Here I was actually standing in front of a white backdrop.
