I’ll bet you thought that since I was in San Francisco all weekend I would return with gorgeous shots of that fascinating city.

Well “not so much.” It rained all weekend. Probably the most photographically interesting shot is this one of the dome at the new Westfield Center on Market Street. By the way, can you find the balloon? ;-)

Below is a similar shot taken at Escondido City Hall a number of years ago.

I know where this is!...I also posted as a Photo A Day. I called it a TV test pattern (yep...I grew up in the 60's)...glad someone else found the dome fascinating. But I still know it the old Emporium dome...from the dept. store it was built for. Thanks for sharing.

The balloon is on the left towards the bottom. What an excellent PoV! You should hang this one! V
