Awesome crop. I agree with Cliff, now we're going to see little Robins in everything, the reflection in a piece of silverware, a reflection in a lady's ear ring, a reflection off the rearview mirror of the car in front of you ...just everywhere!

That's an amazing crop!

I'm not sure I want to look anymore cause my resistence is very low :)

another SP.... magnificent quality! - the crop I mean :)

Robin, that's simply amazing! If you hadn't shown the original, I would never have suspected a crop of that magnitude. I'm just a bit envious now. But, if I were you, I would have said this picture is a "RINGING" endorsement of your lens and new camera body! :-)))

Wow ! What a lens ! What a camera ! What a photographer!
Now I see 'little Robins' in everything! LOL

Amazing definition. It multiplies the number of cropped images available to you from the same number of shutter clicks.

And the 10-22?
BAS Photography19-Dec-2005 18:22
Very good! Congrats for 5D!

Nice Robin. Are you going to sell the 10-22?
Gary Blanchette19-Dec-2005 17:56
Hey Herb! I'll gladly accept either one as a Christmas present... :-)

Excellent reflected SP!! Amazingly sharp! Guess you're happy with your new *toy*!! I fear my budget will be sticking with the 10D a bit longer! ;-)
Herb 19-Dec-2005 17:34
Nice and sharp, but I will stick to my 20D

WOW.........I too have been resisting getting a new camera......I may have to stop visiting your photos!! LOL ;)

WOW!
I am trying to resist getting a new camera that will accommodate a nice set of lens.
Seeing the performance of your new Canon with the fantastic glass you have attached is making me weak.
