Many days I like to get up early (like this morning at 4:35 a.m.). It is quite peaceful and fun to read the morning paper, and to be ready to “take on the day.”

I too like to get up early.. but if you need to take a nap shortly after your morning shower.. it might be a good idea to include that nap in your normal sleep and get up a bit later..! :)

This is what happens to me when I try to get up early, only I'm usually flat on the couch or the futon in my office. It's just a power nap!!!!

I hate burning daylight too. I'm up at 04:00 Mon - Fri and 06:00 on weekends. The thing that I notice here is you look so stressed out. You need to kick back and relax more, Robin. LOL
