LOL! @ Cindy and Gary . . . I've heard from a toe doctor about the use of Vicks before . . .twice a day. Dunno if it works =p . . . what weight did you start at? And what diet???

Great work losing weight. I'd like to take off another 5-7 pounds. But lately I've just been too hungry. My diet consists of avoiding fast food restaurants and not eating til I'm stuffed. Otherwise, ice cream, chips, soda and beer are all okay. :-) Pretty lame diet, huh? Oh and it's supposed to include exercise, but the weather's not cooperating.

I don't want to be a heel and repeat any of the previous comments about your toes, or I fear you'll put your foot down. But I will say WAY TO GO on the weight loss! That's just outstanding!

I work for a dermatologist, and Robin, my dear...You need to address those toes! Lamisil WORKS!!! You should try it....or wear socks! LOL!!

Bet those toes didn't look like that 30 years ago. Put Vicks on those toes at night and wear white socks to sleep. Works wonders

Way to go Robin, I agree, the lizard adds weight too! Was he there to tell you the good news? That not only did you lose weight, but you saved tons of money by going to Geico! hehehehe.

Hey you are doing great with your weight lose!!! This photo is a big idea because is like cheers to encourage you to keep losing weight.

About the mycosis, if you have the chance to go to Tijuana, ask in a drugstore for "Loprox" there is a presentation in lacquer for the nails and there are cream for the skin.

No regret when you lose weight. People have not got the comment of this picture. I have the same problem. Humidity between the thoes, Itching feet, to dry skin and this bloody mycosias under the footnails. Lamisil helps indeed but i cant take orals since it conflicts with the anti acid stuff for the stomach. The hell knows who invented-sports feet. So, one can see that sports has also unhealthy sides...sic.

Try the vinegar trick. Take white vinegar
and apply it to your toes several times a day.

congrats on the weight loss... I tried that died after I quit smoking some years ago, and though I did fine at first, after a monthI got sick as a dog. Tried it again and had the same problem. Too bad, because it was a diet I rather enjoyed. Good for you for sticking with it and having such success.

Now go take care of those toes!
