Pikes Peak is 14,110 feet high and it dominates the City of Colorado Springs and all the surrounding territory. In the mid 1850's "Pikes Peak or Bust" was emblazoned on the Conestoga wagons heading west searching for riches.

I had an excellent four day visit in Colorado Springs, and I'm now home.
