Much of the work I am doing at Project Concern International is coaching key clients. This process consists mainly of reflecting back to the client what he/she is saying or doing. Add in some probing questions, and the conversations can be quite exciting and dynamic.

Today was a terrific day for all that, and it left me reflecting on the joys of being a consultant.
