Edit: OK, I might have to eat crow here. At least a fork-full.
The processing of a "fresh" bird seems to entail a step conducted at 24 degrees F.
So there can be some ice created, and it would occur in the innards,
from the description of the processing step.
But ya gotta admit that seeing ice in a product advertised as "never frozen" seems to be a contradiction...
