Sharon's mom Peggy, Sharon, David (aka me), Jill, and Kurt.


One the joys of retirement is having the time to reconnect with friends who I haven't seen in many years. Over the weekend, Sharon came to visit her mother who lives in our town. Sharon, Kurt and I went to high school in New York City together. Until Saturday I had not seen Sharon, who recently moved from New York to Atlanta, in nearly 30 years. Kurt and I have known each other since elementary school (more than 50 years). We now see each other fairly often since we found out, three months ago, that we live less than five miles apart.
