| I was first introduced to the concept of Fried Chicken and Waffles in the 1960's at Well's Supper Club in Harlem, New York. After a night of partying... it was generally too late for dinner but too early for breakfast. Well's Supper Club, on 135th Street, had the solution. They combined dinner and breakfast by offering a plate of Fried Chicken and Waffles. |
