It'd been a dull overcast wet day and there wasn't much light down here below street level, a true light reading would reveal i needed a speed of 1/10th or 1/15th sec at f4.
But that would be impractical with a moving train so it was taken with a manual speed of 1/80th and lightened a couple of stops as a RAW image.
