I gave away Rocky about a month ago to a good heart lady who loves dogs. She adopted Rocky and they always passed by my place downtown to say "hello." But lately for the past three weeks or so, they had not gone by and I was wondering.
Last week Theresa and Rocky showed up to say "hello," and I saw Theresa had some bandages and a pair of crutches. She told me she was in the hospital for the past two weeks because she fainted while at work. She woke up in the hospital after seven surgeries.
Her doctor told her that she have bone cancer! Like the her pet Rocky, she have nowhere to go. Theresa have no brothers or sisters and both her parents passed away. Her fiance died two years ago. That is why I gave to her Rocky for companion and now she is sick.
Theresa told me that she told her friend that if she die, she wants Rocky to be put to sleep too. That way they can be together again, she said.
