Living in small town Kansas there are 2-3 story buildings, that in their day were the pinacle of business and commerce. They are now forgotten, top floors closed off, used for storage, or for nothing, and time stands still there. I decided to start visiting these upper floors, not as documentation so much, but for the feel, texture, and objects that are turning to dust. It's as if everything has stopped while lying in the shadows of an afternoon sun, that is sneaking through a cracked and grimey window. Most postings will be in B&W or muted colors because that is the reality there, life is gone, and time stands still. I will be posting more as I grow with this.-----ron s.
