OK, I'm not an afficionado of Scottish Bagpipes, but this guy was good. The contents of his bag clearly showed that others thought so too. Not everybody appreciated the finer points of his playing however - a street performer a few yards away finished his act then laid into this guy for raining on his parade. Totally blew away the "happy charming" persona he'd put on for his audience. Scots guy moved on - he knew it wasn't worth a fight.
