No, it wasn't any kind of special occasion that I know of... and it's not the first time this chap has been seen on the Square dressed up like this !
It takes all sorts - and the world would be a much, much duller place without people like him !

Also had a great night out tonight with Gail, Ray, Lee and his lovely lady wife Margaret.
Wonderful food, wonderful company and lots of laughs - how I love these PBase dinners !

It's certainly been a colourful day !
