22 Jul...Piercing the sky

Karen and I went for a lovely walk at lunchtime today, down Whitehall to Parliament Square, over Westminster Bridge, along the embankment and back over the Jubilee Bridge.
A very pleasant way to spend an hour on a warm and sunny summer's day. (Amazingly, yes, it WAS a warm and sunny summer's day !!)
