Epipogium aphyllum Sw., Summa Veg. Scand.: 32 (1814).

The plant on the photo has not been dug out of the soil. It is growing on a steep bank and only some moss and soil was removed to show the root system and mycorhiza.
After this photo everything was turned back in place.
