Another 'great buy'.... Not! Still, an impressive car, this 1994 Rover 820i. Majestic! I bought it in 2002 and although it was the 'basic model', there were some nice electric gadgets on board, plus a strip of wood. The gadgets even worked most of the time! To live up to its reputation, the Rover leaked more oil than the engine could use. Also, at certain higher speeds the engine made rather strange noises and there was a disturbing vibration going through the car at the same time. In the end, I got bored and I bought my 3rd and last Opel Monza. Of course, I sold the Rover with a big loss.
