Serving only with 28PLM at Slupsk, Polish MiG-23MF/UB's were active between 1979 and 1999. MiG-23MF 148 was seen on the flightline of its home base in 1991, in between some coastal showers. 148 was retired on April 26th, 1996 and is now preserved in Katyn museum in Warszawa-Sadyba
