Scientific name: Leiothrix lutea (Scopoli, 1786). Also, called 'Red-billed Robin'.
Distribution: Himalayas to China. Behaves much as other babblers, hunting through foliage or rumaging about in the debris on the forest floor for insects, usually in small parties. It makes
a variety of harsh, piping call-notes.
