Willis Long of the Detroit area is the proud owner of this Red 1992 Phantom DOHC R/T. This is a REAL Phantom DOHC R/T and is possibly the only one legally Titled in the USA. Will purchased this car when the previous owner (from Mexico) had the car in the in Texas and the car broke down. The owner left the car sitting at FWDPerformance for a while and decided that he didn't have the money needed for the repairs and decided to sell it. Will Long heard about it and purchased it, fixed the engine and repainted the exterior. These pic were taken at SDAC-19 on Jun. 28, 2009 in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Very nice work Will!
