Photos from my October visit to Georgia. My friend and I enter through the Turkish border at Sarpi. First station Batumi, then Kutaisi (with Gelati church), Gori, Tblissi, and Kazbegi, high up in the Caucasus Mountains, and onwards to Armenia.
Georgia is a great country, though very run down in many places. At times it looked as if it was recovering from civil war. Still, people and scenery are fantastic, and Tbilisi is one of the coolest, most dynamic capitals I've been to.
